Novice: for athletes between the ages 8-13 (also a great package for anyone rehabbing from a shoulder injury)

Athletic: for High School athletes and the typical Adult (Functional fitness athletes generally go for athletic if not RX’ing frequently)

Elite: for College and Pro Athletes (Functional fitness athletes who Rx all workouts fit well into the Elite level)

At Crossover Symmetry, we manufacture the highest quality resistance bands on the market. If for some reason you experience a break or a tear, and you’ve purchased your gear in the last 2 years, we’ll send you a brand new replacement free of charge.

What sport you play and whether you are in-season or not, can impact this answer.   

Generally, the Strength program should be done 2-3 days a week AFTER your heavy workouts or games. Not before.

The Activation program should be performed daily prior to any sport activity or workout.

It is the most important program of the System and will have the most profound impact on injury prevention and performance enhancement. Once mastered, this program should take around four minutes to complete, making it an ideal protocol to activate the essential structures of the shoulder complex.

Also, once mastered we suggest doing Activation+ in place of Activation a few days a week.

You can setup Crossover on a door, on a squat rack or on a wall. 

You will need about 7-8 feet of space back from the wall/door/squat rack.  And enough to stretch your arms out to both sides (6 feet) 

Wall anchors should be set up approximately 4 feet apart which works well because studs commonly have 16” spacing.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 303-403-0126 & we would be happy to answer them for you.
